The body of a missing Harvard Business School student was found Tuesday in the water not far from where he was last seen drinking in an Irish pub in Portland, Maine,?according to NBC affiliate WHDH.com.

Nathan Bihlmaier, 31, had been celebrating his impending graduation with friends at a waterfront pub Saturday night before he disappeared. He was visibly intoxicated and had been asked to leave the bar, WHDH.com reported. He called friends a short time later, and then was never heard from again.

?He was asked to leave?[R? R?'s Irish Pub and Restaurant] about 12:20 in the morning for having a little bit too much to drink. At that point he left the bar very cooperative, there were no altercations,??Portland's police chief Michael Sauschuck said.

After Bihlmaier's body was found in Portland Harbor,?Sauschuck said foul play was not suspected.

?There?s no evidence of anything nefarious,? Sauschuck said, according to The Boston Globe. ?It?s a tragedy all the way around.?

Bihlmaier is reportedly from Kansas and leaves behind a pregnant wife. He was expected to graduate from Harvard's business school in Cambridge, Mass., on Thursday, and had gone to Portland with classmates to celebrate.

Police are unsure how Bihlmaier?wound up in the water and are hoping surveillance video will shed some light on the matter.
